How does the free trial work?
Contact us with the Smartsheet email that should receive trial access. We enable the seat on the control plane. No credit card required for trial provisioning.
Which payment methods will you accept?
Hosted Stripe Checkout (ADR 005) will accept major cards and wallets. Until Checkout ships, we invoice or share a one-off payment link.
Can I change seat count later?
Yes. Add or remove seats with us now; later you will manage this in the Toolkit admin portal.
Do I need licenses for every Smartsheet user?
No. Only users who load Toolkit features need a seat — not your entire Smartsheet user base.
