Sheet data stays with you
Prodactive Toolkit is designed so customer Smartsheet content never becomes a payload on our servers. This page summarises the model for buyers and security reviewers.
What the extension does
The Chromium extension runs in your browser on Smartsheet pages. It may read and act on sheet UI in that session. Those operations are between your browser and Smartsheet — not a copy of the sheet stored by Prodactive.
What the platform stores
The license / control plane at prodactive.tech/toolkit may store:
- Installation and account identifiers needed for access checks
- Organisation and seat assignments
- Feature grants and channel / build access
- Admin users and audit events for the control plane
It must not receive cell values, attachment binaries, row contents, or other customer sheet payloads for Toolkit product features.
Future automation
Optional Pulse-lite automations may use encrypted Smartsheet API credentials you enable for unattended jobs. That path is separate, explicit, and still must not treat Prodactive as a general sheet archive. Details will be documented before any production webhook goes live.
