Privacy by design
Customer sheet data must never reach a Prodactive backend. The extension may talk to Smartsheet in your browser. Our platform validates access, seats, and feature grants only.
What we store
Installation and license metadata, feature grants, and admin audit for the control plane — not cell values, attachments, or sheet names from your workspace.
Frequently asked questions
Is Prodactive Toolkit free?
Core UI may ship as free Core Features where granted. Licensed tools require a seat. Ask us for a trial while self-serve billing is not live yet.
Is it safe for customer data?
Yes for our threat model: sheet content stays in the browser / Smartsheet path. Prodactive hosts license and access APIs only. See Privacy.
What happens after a trial?
We notify you before trial end. Continue with a paid seat or Enterprise agreement. Hosted Stripe Checkout comes later; until then we provision seats manually.
Which browsers are supported?
Chromium (Chrome) is the active target. Edge is planned. Safari is parked until the Chromium shell is stable.
How is this related to Prodactive consulting?
